Shipping Policy

This policy covers how Ollie Botanical Group LLC ("Dandy") processes and ships orders placed on this website. All orders ship from our facility in the United States.

1. Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CT, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.

2. Carriers and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Rural addresses, weather, and carrier volume can add time. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services, and we do not ship internationally.

4. Adult signature

Our products are for adults 21 and older. Shipments may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery, and our carriers will not release a signature-required package to anyone who cannot show valid ID. If a signature-required package cannot be delivered after the carrier's standard attempts, it will be returned to us and handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Restricted states and jurisdictions — we cannot ship kratom to:

List current as of July 2026. Kratom's legal status changes; we update this list as laws change. Our checkout automatically blocks orders shipping to these jurisdictions, and any order that reaches us with a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded in full.

In addition, some cities and counties in otherwise-legal states restrict kratom (for example, certain municipalities in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Mississippi, and New Hampshire). We cannot track every local ordinance; by placing an order, you confirm that kratom is legal at your delivery address and that you are 21 or older.

6. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you catch an address error after ordering, contact us immediately — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped.

7. Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier and either reship or refund your order per our Refund & Return Policy.
