Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every Dandy order. This policy explains what can be returned, how refunds work, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect. This policy applies to purchases made directly from this website, operated by Ollie Botanical Group LLC.
1. Return window
You may return any unopened product in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. The delivery date is the date shown by the carrier's tracking. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. What can and cannot be returned
- Returnable: unopened products with the factory seal intact, in original packaging.
- Not returnable: opened products, products with a broken or missing seal, and products damaged after delivery. Because our products are consumable botanical goods, we cannot restock anything once the seal is broken — this protects every customer.
3. How to start a return
- Contact us at [FILL IN - support email] or [FILL IN - support phone] (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT) with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll email you a return authorization and the return address within one business day. Returns sent without an authorization may be delayed or refused.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the authorization. We recommend a tracked service; return shipping is at your expense unless the return is our error (see Section 6).
4. Refund method and timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit. We'll email you when the refund is issued. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.
5. Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at your choice. You do not need to return the affected item unless we specifically request it.
7. Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as lost in transit or it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us and we'll either reship the order or refund it in full. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the correct address are handled case by case — reach out and we'll work with you and the carrier.
8. Cancelled and refused orders
Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full immediately. Orders placed for delivery to a restricted jurisdiction (see our Shipping Policy) are cancelled and refunded in full. Shipments refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable are refunded for the product price, less our actual outbound shipping cost, once the package returns to us.
